Boston Omaha’s $100 Million At-The-Market Offering

Davis Polk advised the sales agent on the offering.

Boston Omaha Corporation completed the offering of its shares of Class A common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $100 million. The Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “BOMN.” Wells Fargo Securities acted as the sales agent on the deal.

Boston Omaha Corporation operates in advertising, insurance, and real estate business. The Company operations include ownership of multiple billboards, as well as equity investments in real estate and real estate service companies. Boston Omaha also owns an insurance business that specializes in surety bonds.
