Bosch’s establishing a joint venture with ads-tec GmbH


Ashurst advised Robert Bosch GmbH and its subsidiary Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH on the establishment of a joint venture with ads-tec GmbH.

The joint enterprise, ads-tec Energy GmbH, is active in the development, manufacturing and sale of products and services in the fields of energy management, energy storage, e-mobility and renewables, especially in the development and manufacturing of scalable lithium-ion battery storage systems including an associated IT management system.

The implementation of the joint venture is subject to the approval of the relevant antitrust authorities.
