Bombardier Recreational Products’s C$425 Million Debts Restructuring

Bombardier Recreational Products has negotiated a C$425 Million revolving credit facility with a syndacated of banks led by BMO Capital Markets and Royal Bank of Canada.

Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. designs, develops, manufactures, distributes, and markets motorized recreational vehicles and powersports engines. Its products include snowmobiles, roadster, watercrafts, all terrain, and side-by-side vehicles. The company, is based in Valcourt (Canada)
