BNP Paribas’s Acquisition of a Mixed-Use Building in Paris


Mayer Brown advised BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management France in the transaction.

BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management France, acting on behalf of the OPCI BNP Paribas Diversipierre, executed the acquisition from Thor Equities of a mixed-use building located 51-53 boulevard Haussmann in Paris.

This iconic building, which develops ca. 3,700 sq.m., is located in the heart of Opera district, on the opposite side of the shopping malls Printemps and Galeries Lafayette.
