Bluemacaw’s R$108 Million Acquisition of Goodman

Veirano Advogados advised Bluemacaw Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, while Barbosa, Musnich e Aragão – BMA advised Goodman Brasil Logistics Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia and GBLP Investimentos e Participações S.A. on the deal.

Bluemacaw Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário executed the acquisition of 100% of Goodman SB Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. share capital, a holding company that owns a logistic warehouse located in the city of São Bernardo do Campo, State of São Paulo, that is currently leased to Mercado Livre and Toyota.

BlueMacaw Logístico (BLMG11) is BlueMacaw’s warehousing vehicle. The fund’s strategy is to acquire and operate logistics assets with good technical specifications, in strategic locations, thus focusing on generating consistent income to our shareholder.
