Blu Pagamentos’ R$300 Million Series B Funding Round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados represented Blu Pagamentos in the transaction.

Blu Pagamentos has received BRL 300 million capital injection in a Series B funding round from Warburg Pincus.

The deal included the acquisition of a minority stake in Blu Pagamentos, previously held by G2D Investments, by Warburg Pincus with a value approximately of BRL 54m.

Founded in 2018, Rio de Janeiro-based Blu Pagamentos provides a platform of financial solutions to connect retail and the industry.
