Blackstone’s Investment in Supergoop!

Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone on the deal. Norton Rose Fulbright advised Holly Thaggard and the other founding stockholders of Supergoop!

Blackstone annouced its majority investment in Supergoop LLC (“Supergoop!”). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Supergoop! creates highly innovative, feel-good products that make integrating SPF into everyday routines easy (and fun!) in order to inspire consumers to do the number one thing they can for their skin – wear SPF.
