Blackstone Mortgage Trust’s $307 Million Common Stock Offering

Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. (NYSE: BXMT) offered 8,625,000 shares of class A common stock, inclusive of shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares, in each case at a price to the underwriters of $35.6234 per share, or approximately $307 million in the aggregate.

Blackstone Mortgage Trust is a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe, and Australia. The company is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, headquartered in New York City and is externally managed by BXMT Advisors L.L.C., a subsidiary of The Blackstone Group L.P.
