Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s $312 Million Follow-on Public Offering

Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Barclays, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities acted as joint book-running managers for Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc.’s (NYSE: BXMT) follow-on public offering of class A common stock.

Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc., a real estate finance company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe and Australia, sold a total of 10,000,000 shares of class A common stock and raised gross proceeds of approximately $312 million.  The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares.  Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. is externally managed by a subsidiary of Blackstone Inc.
