Greenberg Traurig is representing Black Salmon Capital, a commercial real estate investment firm and a member of TSG Group, in its $70 million joint venture acquisition of BMO Plaza in Indianapolis, through the purchase of 135 N. Pennsylvania, LLC.
The approximate 440,000-square-foot, ‘Class A’ office building is one of the most prominent towers in Indianapolis’ central business district.
