ARQIS has advised Black Horse Investments GmbH on the acquisition of the Düsseldorf office building KAP2.
The acquisition took place in a joint venture with Kriton Immobilien GmbH. The company Hadar GmbH was the seller of the property, which is located in the office submarket Kennedydamm.
The joint venture is planning a fundamental renovation of the property. Originally built as New Fashion Plaza, 75% is currently rented out. The clearly structured building body has a total rental area of around 6,400 sqm, spread over 7 floors; in addition, there are about 66 underground parking spaces.
