BGH S.A. executed the restructuring of $48 million debts with a group of 12 banks and financial istitution including Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., BBVA Banco Francés S.A., Banco Macro S.A., Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, HSBC Bank Argentina S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Patagonia S.A., Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior S.A., Banco Bradesco Argentina S.A.U. and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A.

Columbus Zuma acted as financial advisor of BGH.
