Ashurst is advising Credit Suisse International in relation to the £26.4 million recommended cash offer for NetPlay TV plc by Betsson AB (publ).
Betsson AB (publ) is listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap List and is one of the world’s leading providers of B2C digital gaming services. Its core business consists of investing in and managing companies that, through partners or by themselves, offer games to end-users via the internet. Betsson operates through 20 own brands and affiliate partners across the world. NetPlay is an interactive gambling company that provides Casino, Bingo and Sportsbook services to consumers in the UK under its UK gaming licence. NetPlay offers its B2C services through the Supercasino, Jackpot247 and Vernons brands. Additionally, the NetPlay Group also operates a B2B division which is a specialist online digital marketing, product development and technology business.
Credit Suisse International is acting as financial adviser to Betsson AB (publ) in relation to the offer.
