Berkshire Partners’ Acquisition of Comlinkdata

Ropes & Gray LLP and Covington & Burling LLP represented Berkshire Partners in the transaction.

Berkshire Partners closed its agreement to acquire Comlinkdata, a leading data and analytics provider to the global telecom industry, from its majority investor, Alpine Investors, and others. Terms of the transaction, which was announced on April 6, were not disclosed. 

Comlinkdata analyzes billions of data points daily to help the largest names in telecom understand and optimize network and subscriber performance.
