Berenberg’s Junior Debt Financing To Amarenco For Projects In Spain

Hogan Lovells and Garrigues advised Berenberg and the Berenberg Green Energy Junior Debts Funds on the financing.

Berenberg’s debt funds was involved on the junior debt financing of the acquisition of the 50 MWp solar photovoltaic plant “Las Naranjillas” in Carmona (Seville), Spain, by Amarenco, an Irish solar independent power producer. Las Naranjillas consists of 121,800 photovoltaic modules, capable of generating enough clean electricity to meet the annual demand of almost 14,000 homes.
