Benetas’ Acquisition of Clarinda Manor

Russell Kennedy advised Clarinda Manor on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the business and land sales and Ernst & Young acted as financial advisors to Clarinda Manor.

The Victorian Not For Profit has finalised the acquisition of Clarinda on the Park, in Clarinda, 18km southeast of Melbourne’s CBD, after 25 years of sole operation.

Clarinda Manor has offered residential aged care services to the community since 1996 through a 90 bed aged care facility in the Melbourne south east suburb of Clarinda.

Benetas has been providing aged care services in Victoria for 70 years. Benetas was established in 1948 by a small group of volunteers from the Anglican Diocese of Melbourne.
