Bellwether Trial Win for Auxilium Pharmaceuticals


Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer secured a victory on behalf of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc., now a subsidiary of Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., in the first bellwether trial case for its multidistrict litigation involving testosterone replacement therapy Testim.

After a seven-day trial, a jury in the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois determined that our client is not liable for all claims.

Endo International PLC provides specialty healthcare solutions. The company, led by Paul V Campanelli is based in Dublin.
