Beijer Byggmaterial’s Acquisition of Centro Kakel & Klinker

Vinge has advised Beijer Byggmaterial AB on the transaction.

STARK Group has, through its Swedish subsidiary, Beijer Byggmaterial AB, signed an agreement to acquire Centro Kakel & Klinker AB. Through the acquisition, Beijer Byggmaterial enters the market of tiles aiming to become a significant player within the field, making them an even better ally for the builders.

Centro Kakel & Klinker AB is one of the leading retailers of tiles with more than 50 years of experience. The customer base is mainly B2B and includes local, regional and national customers. Centro has ten branches, a central warehouse and a head office located in the Stockholm area.

STARK Group is a leading business-to-business distributor of heavy building materials for the construction industry in the Nordics and Germany, with a strategic focus on serving the professional builders.
