Lewis Silkin has advised Be Heard Group plc, a digital marketing services group, on its 100% share capital acquisition of Kameleon Worldwide Limited, an award-winning content marketing agency.
The £10 million capped deal sees Be Heard Group make further progress towards building a digital marketing services business that will deliver better, more cost efficient and more creative solutions to clients.
This deal marks Lewis Silkin’s first corporate transaction with the AIM listed company and enhances their reputation of being one of the leading M&A practices in the advertising, communications and technology sector.
