Clifford chance advised Spanish Bank BBVA on its further investment in Britain’s Atom Bank.
The investment, which is subject to shareholder approval, is part of a GBP 50 million capital raise undertaken by Atom Bank.
This investment follows previous rounds of funding by BBVA in Atom.
Atom Bank is a digital financial company and challenger bank. It provides banking services through a smartphone app.
