Bayer and Monsanto $66 Billion Merger secured the authorization from the Antitrust Authority in Chile (Fiscalía Nacional Económica).

Bayer AG produces and markets healthcare and agricultural products.

Monsanto Company provides agricultural products for farmers. The Company’s business segments are seeds and genomics.
