Banco Safra $500 Million Notes Offering

Banco Safra – acting through its Cayman Islands Branch – executed its Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.125% senior notes due 2023 under Banco Safra’s medium-term notes program.

Banco Safra is a leading multiple bank ranked as the fourth-largest privately-owned bank in terms of total assets in Brazil.
