Banco BTG Pactual’s $500 Million Green Bonds Offering

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and BMA – Barbosa, Müssnich, Aragão advised Banco BTG Pactual on the offering, while Simpson Thacher and Tauil & Chequer (Mayer Brown) represented the dealers.

Banco BTG Pactual completed its $500 million offering of senior notes due 2026 under its medium-term note program. Banco BTG Pactual will allocate the net proceeds from this offering for the financing or refinancing of eligible green projects in accordance with the criteria set forth in its Green, Social and Sustainable Financing Framework.

BTG Pactual, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB (Sustainability Structuring Advisor), Credit Suisse, Itau BBA and Santander acted as dealers for the offering.
