Balzac Real Estate Investment Management’s Acquisition Of A Building In Paris

Mayer Brown advised a foreign fund and Balzac Real Estate Investment Management in connection with the acquisition, structured as a sale and lease-back, from SIA Partners of a building located 21 rue de Berri, in Paris.

The building 21 rue de Berri is spread over eight floors and three basement levels, for a total of 3,600 sq.m.

Balzac REIM is an established local operating partner for private equity real estate investors. The company’s primary focus is on the acquisition, renovation, asset management, project management and disposal of office buildings in France.
