Baker Hughes, led by Lorenzo Simonelli, John L. Flannery Jr. and M. Lee Whitley, is a leading supplier of oilfield services, products, technology and systems. Cravath also represented the dealer managers in connection with concurrent debt self-tender offers by Baker Hughes.

The transaction closed on December 11, 2017.
