B3’s R$1.8 Billion Acquisition of Neoway

Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri and Potenza represented Neoway, while Pinheiro Neto represented B3 in the transaction.

B3 announced the acquisition of Neoway, one of the largest ‘big data analytics’ platforms in Brazil, with more than 500 clients in different sectors.

This is the biggest deal in the history of B3 since the merger with Cetip in 2017.

The transaction has yet to go through B3’s shareholders’ meeting and is pending CADE and CVM approval.

Bank of America advised Neoway. Citigroup advised B3.
