Azentio Software’s Acquisition of Beyontec

Kirkland & Ellis advised Azentio Software on the deal.

Azentio Software, a Singapore-headquartered software products business owned by funds advised by Apax, announced its binding agreement to acquire Beyontec, a leading insurance technology company with more than 300 employees and over 65 customers across the United States, Middle East and Africa. The transaction is conditional, subject to relevant regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
