Aviva Investors, the global asset management business of British insurance company Aviva plc, executed the acquisition of the Rotebühlstrasse 121 office building in Stuttgart for one of its clients.
Built in 1994, the property offers a total of 14,750 square meters of flexible office space and high-quality rental space. The office complex is located in the center of Stuttgart, directly at the Schwabstrasse S-Bahn station, and offers good connections to Stuttgart’s main train station and airport. The property is fully rented to several well-known companies.
Aviva Investors had identified Stuttgart as one of the top cities with long-term perspectives for rental development in a Europe-wide survey of the most attractive office markets and tech hubs.
