Avery Dennison Corporation’s $500 Million Debt Offering


Simpson Thacher represented HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and other underwriters in a public offering of $500 million of 4.875% Senior Notes due 2028 by Avery Dennison Corporation.

Avery Dennison is a global leader in labeling and packaging materials and solutions. Its products include pressure-sensitive materials and a variety of tickets, tags, labels and other converted products.
