Ropes & Gray advised Audax Private Equity in its partnership with management to recapitalize Belmont Instrument Corporation, a leading provider of fluid warming infusion systems sold into acute care, military, and EMS settings.
The partnership was announced on December 18.
Headquartered in Billerica, Mass., Belmont is a technology leader in rapid infusion systems used to treat critically injured patients experiencing material blood loss.
