AT&T’s $108 Billion Acquisition of Time Warner

AT&T Inc. closed its acquisition of Time Warner Inc. bringing together global media and entertainment leaders Warner Bros., HBO and Turner with AT&T’s leadership in technology and its video, mobile and broadband customer relationships. The deal is the largest corporate merger announced in 2016 and the fifth-largest deal in recent years, with a value of approximately $108 billion, including debt.
