Athene Holding’s $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Fried Frank advised Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Wells Fargo, as joint bookrunners, in Athene Holding’s US$1 billion offering of 4.125% senior unsecured notes due 2028.
