Athene Holding’s $1.3 Billion Secondary Offering

Fried Frank acted as counsel to the underwriters for Athene Holding’s secondary follow-on offering of 27.5 million shares of its common stock for an aggregate total amount of over US$1.3 billion.

Goldman, Sachs & Co., Barclays, Citigroup and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book runners of the offering and representatives of the underwriters.

Athene is a leading retirement services company that issues, reinsures and acquires retirement savings products designed for the increasing number of individuals and institutions seeking to fund retirement needs.
