Astorg’s Acquisition Of Corialis From CVC Capital Partners Fund VI

Clifford Chance has advised the management of Corialis on the deal while Latham advised Corialis.

Astorg entered into exclusive negotiations to become the new majority shareholder of Corialis from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI. Corialis’ management will reinvest a significant part of their proceeds alongside Astorg. Clifford Chance also assisted with legal due diligence on the sell-side.
