Aspirant Group’s ¥50 Billion AG III Series Fund Formation


Simpson Thacher represented Aspirant Group, Inc. in connection with the formation of the AG III Series Funds.

Aspirant Group completed the formation of its AG III Series Funds, a ¥50 billion fund series targeting investments in small- and mid-cap companies in Japan.

The AG III Series Funds are the third Japan buyout fund series served or managed by Aspirant Group and their first with non-Japanese investors.
