Ascential’s Acquisition of WhyteSpyder

Fried Frank acted as counsel to Ascential plc in the transaction.

Ascential plc executed its acquisition of WhyteSpyder LLC, an eCommerce software and digital merchandising business that helps brands succeed on Walmart’s digital marketplace. WhyteSpyder currently services 80 enterprise brands and will join Ascential’s Digital Commerce business unit. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
