Kirkland & Ellis represented Arlington Capital Partners in the successful raising of its latest fund, Arlington Capital Partners V, L.P. with total capital commitments of approximately $1.7 billion.
The Fund sourced capital commitments from a hand-selected, globally diverse group of marquis investors, including public pension funds, corporate pension funds, insurance companies, fund of funds, and foundations.
Arlington Capital Partners is a Washington, D.C. area based private equity firm that has managed approximately $4.0 billion of committed capital via five investment funds, focused on middle market investment opportunities in government related growth industries including: aerospace and defense, government services and technology, healthcare, and business services and software.
Evercore served as placement agent for the fundraise and Kirkland & Ellis, LLP served as fund counsel.
