Norton Rose Fulbright has advised iCON Infrastructure Partners on the divestment of its interests in Beckton Energy Limited and Rothes CoRDe Limited to Arjun Infrastructure Partners.
Beckton Energy owns a combined heat and power facility in Beckton (England) presently fuelled by tallow oil and rape seed oil and Rothes CoRDe owns a combined heat and power facility in Rothes (Scotland) fuelled by a combination of wood and draff. iCON’s co-investors in Beckton Energy, Melquart Limited and 2OC (Holdings) Limited also sold their respective stakes.
