Ares Management’s $217 Million Investment in Peach Property Group

Kirkland & Ellis advised Ares Management on the deal.

Ares Management completed its investment of CHF 200 million (€186 million/$217 million) into Peach Property Group AG, a property investor and developer focused on investments in Germany and publicly listed in Switzerland.

The investment, which was undertaken via a subordinated mandatory convertible bond, will result in Ares becoming the largest single shareholder of Peach Property Group AG with an interest of approximately 30 percent. This investment provided by Ares will finance the acquisition by Peach of two recently announced portfolios in Germany.
