ARDIAN announced its acquisition of a majority stake in GBA Group (GBA) alongside GBA’s management team and Quadriga Capital.

GBA was founded in 1989 with headquarters in Hamburg, Germany. GBA is a leading independent TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) provider of bioanalytical laboratory services in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, with a strong presence in Belgium and Poland. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory consents.
