Archosaur Games’ US$280 Million Hong Kong IPO

Dentons Hong Kong has advised Archosaur Games Inc., while Clifford Chance has advised the underwriters led by China International Capital Corporation on Archosaur Games’ US$280 million initial public offering and listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Harneys acted as British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal adviser.

Archosaur Games is one of the leading mobile game developers in China. It is also a frontrunner in publishing in-house developed games in markets outside of China.

Dentons Hong Kong has advised Archosaur Games was led by capital markets partners Gordon Ng (Picture) and Man Chiu Lee, along with associate Ningxin Sun.

The Clifford Chance team advising the underwriters was co-led by partners Amy Lo, Tim Wang, Fang Liu and Christine Xu. Support was provided by senior associates Claire Cao and Erxin Lu, associates Alex Feng and Dichun Duan, as well as trainees Jeffrey Lee and Ada Zheng.
