Hill Dickinson advised Arbuthnot Latham & Co. Limited in respect of a £33.75 million refinance for one of its London-based real estate clients, with a 91 unit residential portfolio.
The deal is one of the largest transactions that Arbuthnot Latham has done, with Hill Dickinson working closely with managing director Kevin Barrett, senior commercial banker Anna Hirst, and ?head of Specialist Commercial Banking and Real Estate Finance Tony Eden.
Jordan Clarke, an associate in Hill Dickinson’s Banking and Finance team provided banking advice to Arbuthnot with partner Richard Capper (Picture); and Chris Johnston, head of the Real Estate Finance team in Manchester, dealt with the property side of the transaction with support from trainee solicitor Matthew Joseph.
Hydra Capital acted as financial intermediary for the Borrower, and was represented by Nick Kephalas at YVA Solicitors LLP.
