ARABOV Group Limited v. Mackie Diamonds

Bookbinder Business Law advised ARABOV Group Limited, in relation to a dispute with Belgium based company Mackie Diamonds. Our client was sued on the basis of a consignment agreement for diamonds allegedly being sold to our client, and for payments not forthcoming.
