Aptiv PLC’s $650 Million Notes Offering

Cahill represented the underwriters in connection with a public offering of $300,0000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.350% senior notes due 2029 and $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.400% senior notes due 2049 by Aptiv PLC

Aptiv PLC, together with its subsidiaries, designs and manufacturers vehicle components, and provides electrical, electronic, and safety technology solutions to the automotive and commercial vehicle markets worldwide.

Proceeds from the offerings were used to refinance existing indebtedness.

Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as underwriters on the offering.
