Apria’s $141.7 Million Common Stock Offering

Apria, Inc. announced the $141.7 million SEC-registered offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock, sold by a selling stockholder. Apria is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “APR.”

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as representatives of the underwriters for the offering.

Apria is a leading provider of integrated home healthcare equipment and related services in the United States, offering a comprehensive range of products and services for in-home care and delivery across three core service lines: (1) home respiratory therapy, (2) obstructive sleep apnea treatment and (3) negative pressure wound therapy. Additionally, Apria supplies a wide range of home medical equipment and other products and services to help improve the quality of life for patients with home care needs.
