Apollo Investment Corporation’s $125 Million Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher advised Apollo Investment Corporation on the deal.

Apollo Investment Corporation completed its offering of $125 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.5% Notes due 2026 the ‘Notes’. The transaction closed on July 16, 2021.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Notes offering to repay a portion of the indebtedness owed under its senior secured credit facility.
