Apache Corporation’s Development of SCM Alpine With Salt Creek Midstream

Bracewell LLP is advising Apache Corporation and Apache Midstream LLC, a subsidiary of Apache Corporation, in the formation of SCM Alpine, LLC. SCM Alpine, an affiliate of ARM Energy Holdings LLC, is developing a natural gas liquids header system that will have a capacity of 445,000 barrels per day. Apache Midstream has an option to acquire a 50 percent stake in SCM Alpine.

The $100 million project is supported by 10-year commitments from both Salt Creek and Apache Corporation.

The project is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2019.
