Andreessen Horowitz’s sixth flagship fund and LSV Fund I $2.75 Billion Fundraisng

Gunderson Dettmer advised Andreessen Horowitz on the deal

Andreessen Horowitz closed the raising of its sixth flagship fund at $750 million and its new LSV Fund I at $2 billion.

Andreessen Horowitz Fund VI will continue the firm’s traditional focus on early-stage enterprise, consumer and fintech companies while LSV Fund I is a specialized late-stage venture fund.
