Anaplan, Inc.’s $303 Million Initial Public Offering


Gunderson Dettmer advised Anaplan, Inc. on its initial public offering of 17,825,000 shares at the price to the public of $17.00 per share for a total of $303,025,000 in aggregate gross proceeds.

The underwriting syndicate included Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, KeyBanc, Canaccord, Evercore, JMP Securities, Needham, Piper Jaffray and SunTrust.

Anaplan, which trades on the NYSE under the ticker symbol “PLAN,” is pioneering the category of Connected Planning, which allows organizations to transform their businesses by making better and faster decisions.
