AmerisourceBergen’s $1.25 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan Securities, in connection with the $1.25 billion registered senior notes offering of AmerisourceBergen Corporation

AmerisourceBergen Corporation is one of the largest global pharmaceutical sourcing and distribution services companies. The company, led by Steven H. Collis, Tim G. Guttman, Robert P. Mauch, John G. Chou and James D. Frary, is based in Chesterbrook (PA).

Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance the pending acquisition of H.D. Smith by AmerisourceBergen. The transaction closed on December 4, 2017.
